How to order by CSV
1. Download Stocklist
Follow the link to view and download our stocklist.
2. Spend a minimum of £5000
Add all your favourite lines to your order.
3. Return filled in CSV
Save and send your CSV order to [email protected] with a requested delivery date.
Become an online customer
How to order from the SIAN store
Step 1
Browse hundreds of lines of on-the-floor stock. We add new lines every day, so check the store frequently.
Step 2
Add your favourite product lines to build your basket. Once you’ve reached the MOQ of £5000, you will be able to checkout.
*Please note we do not offer smaller test orders.
Step 3
Read the checkout notice and proceed to checkout. Pressing “Place Order” will send your order to the operations team to review your order and arrange a delivery date.
Step 4
After you have checkout, you will receive your order confirmation email from [email protected]
Step 5
New customers will need to fill in our new account application form. The form is required for us to set up you up on the SIAN system as a customer.
Step 6
Once we have reviewed your order our team will send you your order invoice via email.
Please double-check everything is correct.
Step 7
At this stage, your order will be picked, packed, and ready for dispatch within 72 hours.
Step 8
Your order will now be ready for collection or delivery.
